Tulip Remodeling wants everyone to be able to use this website. We design and test it against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
What we do
- Text contrast of at least 4.5:1 and visible focus outlines.
- Full keyboard use, including the before-and-after sliders and menus.
- Labels on every form field and error messages tied to the field.
- Meaningful alternative text on images; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Reduced motion respected; no autoplaying audio; videos load only when you choose to play them.
- Links that open a new tab say so.
Known limitations
Some embedded third-party tools, such as the project questionnaire, the scheduling calendar, review profiles and YouTube videos, are provided by other companies and may not fully meet these standards. Captions are being added to our videos.
